These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including but not limited to portfolio design, web development, revisions, and deployment. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, making a payment, or submitting any form on our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We may update these terms periodically, and your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms apply to all users of our services, regardless of how they access the website — whether via desktop, mobile, or any other device.
Services Description
Portfolio Forge provides the following services to clients:
- Portfolio Website Design — Custom UI/UX design tailored to your profession and brand identity.
- Web Development — Hand-coded, responsive websites delivered as source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Revisions — Modification rounds included as per the selected plan (see pricing page for details).
- Deployment Assistance — Guidance or assistance in hosting your website on platforms such as GitHub Pages, Netlify, or Vercel (available in select plans).
- Custom Add-ons — Additional features or pages may be available upon request for an additional fee.
The exact scope of work is determined at the time of order based on the plan selected. We reserve the right to modify or update our service offerings at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
As a client of Portfolio Forge, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including your name, contact details, and project requirements.
- Share all necessary content (text, images, links, references) required to build your portfolio in a timely manner.
- Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Refrain from using our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempt to resell, redistribute, or misrepresent Portfolio Forge's work as your own original service offering to third parties for commercial gain without our consent.
- Respond to our communication in a reasonable time to avoid delays in delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we determine that any of the above responsibilities have been violated.
Payments and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept UPI-based payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and other methods as listed at the time of checkout.
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was made but Portfolio Forge has not yet started any work on your project.
- A confirmed technical error resulted in a duplicate payment from your end.
In all refund requests, we require written notice via email within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests after this window will not be entertained.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change. GST or other applicable taxes may apply where required by Indian law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, Portfolio Forge transfers ownership of the final delivered source code and design assets to you, the client. You are free to use, modify, host, and maintain your portfolio website as you see fit.
However, the following conditions apply:
- Portfolio Forge retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
- Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source tools used in your project are subject to their own licenses and terms.
- The design concepts, templates, or base components created by Portfolio Forge may be reused or adapted for other clients, while ensuring your final delivery is customised and unique.
You may not resell or redistribute our work as a standalone template or product without our prior written consent.
Revisions and Delivery Policy
Portfolio Forge aims to deliver all completed projects within 24 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of all required content from the client. Delays caused by incomplete or late content submission from the client are not the responsibility of Portfolio Forge.
Revision rounds are included as per the selected plan:
- Starter Plan — No Additional Revisions (₹15 each) rounds included; revisions available at an additional charge.
- Pro Plan — Includes a defined number of Additional Revisions (₹15 each) rounds (refer to pricing page).
- Premium Plan — Includes multiple revision rounds with broader customisation scope.
A "revision" refers to minor text changes, colour adjustments, or layout tweaks — not a complete redesign or scope change. If your revision request falls outside the original project scope, an additional fee may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Portfolio Forge provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high quality and timely delivery, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Portfolio Forge shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation resulting from our work or delays.
- Issues arising from third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or external platforms.
- Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
This limitation applies even if Portfolio Forge was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination of Service
Portfolio Forge reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any client at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication with our team.
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks without valid cause.
- Requests to create content that is illegal, harmful, or unethical.
In the event of termination initiated by Portfolio Forge for any of the above reasons, no refund will be issued for work already completed or in progress.
Clients may cancel their order before work begins by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations after work has started are subject to the refund policy described in Section 5.
Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website and delivered projects may include links to or integrations with third-party services, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to:
- GitHub, Netlify, Vercel (for hosting and deployment)
- Google Fonts, Font Awesome, and other open-source asset libraries
- WhatsApp (for communication and order tracking)
- UPI payment platforms (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Portfolio Forge is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with our work.
The inclusion of third-party tools or links does not imply endorsement or any partnership between Portfolio Forge and those platforms.
Privacy Reference
Your privacy matters to us. Portfolio Forge collects only the minimum personal information necessary to process and deliver your order. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and project-related details shared during the order process.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with us is used solely for service delivery, communication, and internal record-keeping.

Changes to Terms
